Eurostar Snow - when is it on sale?
The Eurostar website says that Eurostar snow goes on sale on 7th July. But tickets are not available yet.
There's confusion about when Eurostar Snow will go on sale.
The service runs from London to Bourg-Saint-Maurice (with a change of train at Lille Europe).
Eurostar's website states that Eurostar Snow goes on sale on 7th January.
But today is 7th January and tickets are still not showing.
There has been no press release from Eurostar to the travel media. Normally the press release is sent out at least 24 hours before the train goes on sale, and usually a bit more.
I tried phoning Eurostar Reservations. After spending three minutes navigating all the 'For this, press 1, for that, press 2' options, the automated voice told me that they are too busy and to call back later.
This is not a great way to communicate or sell a train service. I wonder what goes on behind the scenes.
